Here is a little something I did a while back to the basement windows. I simply wanted to frost them for privacy from my neighbors and just for fun I added the design. Painters tape, a utility knife and glass frosting paint is all I needed. I used the utility knife to cut the edges of the tape for nice clean lines. It took me about 15 minutes!
